How old do you have to be to go to Tall Trees?
A.
Saturday and Bank Holidays are for 18’s and over.
Q.
Is there any discounts for group bookings?
A.
Yes, for every 20 paying passengers the organiser gets one
free coach fare and one free entrance ticket.
Q.
How do you book to get on the coach?
A.
Call into the office and pay cash for the required seats.
By post/cheque providing the cheque clears before the date
of departure, or outside Fitzgeralds, Sunderland on Friday
lunch times between 12.00 noon and 12.45pm or opposite Bar
M, Newcastle on Friday lunch time between 1.15pm and 2.00pm.

Where does the coach pick up and what time?
A.
Sunderland, South Shields, Newcastle, Whitley Bay, Durham,
Washington, Chester le Street to name a few…. We have
43+ pick up points in and around the North East. Routes can
be tailor made to suit customer requirements. See “pick
up” link for more detailed information.
Q.
What time does the coach leave Tall Trees?
A. Usually 15 minutes after the closure of the club - see
flyer relevant to event.

What is included in the entrance ticket price?
A. Entrance fee into the club only - no drinks

Does the coach always leave on time? What happens if I miss
the coach home?
A.
You are issued with a return coach travel ticket which clearly
states what time the coach leaves. The coaches always leave
prompt. It is not our problem if you miss the coach. Taxis
from Tall Trees are very expensive!!!!!!

Does the coach pick us up at the same place it drops us off
at Tall Trees?
A.
No. You are dropped off at the front door, but picked up in
the coach park on the left hand side of the club.

Where does the coach drop you off on the return journey?
A.
More or less where you get on, or anywhere on route. Sunderland
at the Park Lane Interchange Taxi Rank and Newcastle at The
Central Station Taxi Rank.
Q.
How many people can I book on the party bus?
A.
As many or as few as you like. No set amount, however all
coach fares must be paid in advance.
Q.
How big is the bus?
A.
We have various size buses, 16 seaters, 49, seaters, 51 seaters
and 57 seaters. We use the one appropriate to the size of
customers booked in.
Q.
Does anyone ever get refused entry into the club?
A.
Yes - i.e. underage, under the influence of illegal substances,
any one who is drunk and disorderly, improperly dressed or
who looks likely to incite trouble, or if you have previously
been evicted from the club.
Q.
What happens if I am refused entry into the club?
A.
Not our problem. “If” we have a coach returning
back we may offer you a lift. (Depending on the reason you
have been refused entry into the club)
Q.
Do I get my money back?
A.
You would be given your ticket money back on return of the
ticket, but you would loose the coach fare as the seat would
have been reserved especially for you.

Can we leave our coats, umbrellas etc on the coach while we
are in the club?
A.
No. We can not be held responsible for items left on the coach,
any items left are at your own risk. |Use the club clock room.
Q.
What is the dress code?
A.
Casual but smart – dress to impress!!! No trainers,
Rockport’s, sportswear or visible tattoos.
Q.
Can I wear denim?
A.
Yes, dress denim – not work wear.
Q.
What’s the club policy on tattoos?
A.
Small insignificant tattoo’s are okay, heavy ones must
be covered up.

A.
Kirk Levington – just outside of Yarm.

How long does it take to get to Tall Trees?
A.
About 1 to 2 hours, depending on pick ups.
